由于哈氏合金,英科乃爾和蒙乃爾材料具有高強(qiáng)度、高韌性和極強(qiáng)應(yīng)變冷作硬化傾向力學(xué)特點(diǎn)，所以制造這些特殊材料緊固件存在大的難度.為確保制造優(yōu)質(zhì)特殊材料緊固件，我公司掌握成熟制造技術(shù)并有嚴(yán)格控制整個制造工藝系統(tǒng). 首先, 為避免六角螺栓的六角頭鍛打中產(chǎn)生微裂紋, 六角頭鍛打須嚴(yán)格控制在一定溫度范圍內(nèi)鍛打成型. 哈氏B3鍛打溫度須控制在1232 C°(開始鍛打)和在982 C°(結(jié)束鍛打)，哈氏C276鍛打溫度須控制在1232 C°(開始鍛打)和在954 C°(結(jié)束鍛打). 其次，按照緊固件制造規(guī)范/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為保證螺栓和螺母在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi)的鎖緊力,選擇合適刀具才能滿足加工螺紋制造精度，因?yàn)檫@些特殊材料具有高強(qiáng)度、高韌性和極強(qiáng)應(yīng)變冷作硬化特性

緊固件：六角螺栓/螺母，內(nèi)六角螺栓/螺母，雙頭螺栓/螺母，U型螺栓/螺母，螺釘/螺母，卡子螺栓/螺母(用于塔板聯(lián)接)，平墊片和彈簧墊圈等

Our corporation is a importer of submitting special materials of Hastelloy ,Inconel,Monel and Zirconium 702 / 705 as well as a manufacturer of fabricated fasteners of above material. The fasteners are widely used in the fields of acetic acid , acetic anhydride ,petrochemical, chemical , pharmacy, power, marine and other industries.

As it has high intensity and tenacity as well as stong strain hardening tendency for the mechanical properties of Hastelloy ,Inconel and Monel alloy, it has certain difficulty to fabricate the fastener. To ensure excellent quality for the fasteners, our company employs upclass fabricating technology and has formed a control system during whole manufacturing process. Firstly, In order to avoid forming micro cracks in the bolt during forging hex head process, it must be heated In certain temperature range to forge the hex head. During the forging process, the 1232 C°is start forging temperature and 982 C°is finished forging temperature for Hastelloy B3. While for Hastelloy C276, 1232 C°is start forging temperature and 954 C°is finished forging temperature. As for fabricating standard/code for fastener, it must have good locked force both the boltand nut. So it is very important to select correct cuttting tool , because there are the properties of high intensity and tenacity as well as cold hardening for the special material.
